As a strong belief of Risen Wushu, Taiji 太极 and other oriental-styled internal martial arts are NOT strictly for the elderly.
We, too, have young aspiring Taiji practitioners coming to us. With kids as young as 7 enrolled in beginner routines such as the Yang Style 12 Form Taiji Quan Routine “杨氏十二式太极拳初级套路”, our wellness centre aims to provide adequate exposure to the sport to build up passion within individuals of the next generation.
